This t-shirt project came to life when we decided to introduce a no-wastage line. Our t-shirts are 100% Cotton and abide by the Fair Wear regulations, which look to improve the conditions for workers in factories. Each t-shirt has an EKI insert, which takes you on a journey in silk.
Imagine the hypnotic beat of African drums, the seductive rhythm of salsa and dancing to samba on a balmy night in Rio, and you have the spirit of the EKI’s ‘Rhythm’ print. Music has always been a powerful source of inspiration for EKI’s Creative Director, Hazel Eki Aggrey-Orleans and she translated her love for Afro-cuban music into a print based around rhythm.
The t-shirts are snug and fitted.
NOTE: The silk inserts have been hand cut, and so the prints may sit slightly differently. We ensure you a unique little t-shirt.
