While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or a credit note for a year. Please read carefully our returns policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided and at your cost. Please ensure when returning the parcel it is properly protected with the plastic bag provided. For the purpose of calculating the date of receipt, goods sent within the United Kingdom and abroad, will be deemed received upon date of postal signature delivery. Return outside the 7 day window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as exchanges.

Made to Order/Bespoke
Please note that any Made to Order or Bespoke garments cannot be returned. We will however work alongside you to make sure you are fully satisfied with the end result.
Please note that there can be no returns on SALE items, samples or goods bought online or at any EKI sales events. However, you can exchange it for a different size or get a year’s credit note. Goods are returned to EKI at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
